In the first quarter of 2021, the puzzle and riddle game category on iOS devices saw significant engagement across Europe. Sensor Tower's comprehensive analysis offers a glimpse into the performance of the top five applications in this genre.

Brain Test: Tricky Puzzles experienced a downward trend in downloads starting from 183K in the last week of December 2020 and settling at 84K by the end of March 2021. The weekly active users followed a similar trajectory, diminishing from 561K to 400K in the same period. Revenue also saw a decline from approximately $4K to $2K weekly.

Another title from the same publisher, Brain Test 2: Tricky Stories, mirrored this pattern with downloads decreasing from 71K to 43K and active users dropping from 277K to 185K by the end of Q1. Weekly revenue saw a slight fluctuation but generally hovered around the $1K mark.
